Right now, Spring is bursting out in the Eastern Ontario forest. All the trees are coming into leaf, and today it is raining. Not only the vibrant green colours, the whispering of the wind in the leaves, but also the exquisite, delicious incense of the poplars, the evergreens, tree trunks, humus - the perfume of everything combined is so powerfully alive.

Those are a few around the house.
Going out for the what-I-call cat-walk. I have four cats, they walk with me when I call them. We climb mountains, watch the sunset…
In front of my house I look at a mountain. In that mountain I observe a lot of beings. Among them are a wolf and ET. Greeting them several times a day brings me strength, peace, lust for life.
Lie down on a large stone heated by the sun.
Greeting sun, land and earth in the morning.

I love this. I have wanted my cat to be able to go on hikes with me. She walks down the street…but a hike is next level. So precious!!!
