I really enjoy the songs Mind Karma and I Am Loving Awareness off the East Forest album. Those songs always come up in my music shuffle

Such a great album! Those are tremendous songs, I agree! That whole album is a fun concept. Im glad East Forest was able to record it all before Ram Dass left the body. Ram Dass’ voice (and Trevor and KD) and then East Forest providing the musical sounds works so well together.

Looks like I skipped this part - having introduced myself on my profile. I have lived near Sierra Vista, AZ for the past 8 months, 10 years prior in Minnesota - St. Paul 8 years and Virginia, MN (up near the Boundary Waters
- Canada) - 30 years in Charlottesville, VA (raising three daughters mostly on my own). This is where my greatgrandson was born and his maternal grandparents and family are here (unfortunately not part of life, or fortunately! who HU knows - time will tell). Living with my 44 year old disabled daughter on oxygen with terminal lung disease unless the Divine has another plan for her.

Hi. I am Kathy Benson. I read Be Here Now SO many years ago and loved it. I went to two retreats in Maui with Ram Dass, Krishna Das, and Sharon Salzburg. I love everything Ram Dass and am thrilled to be here. I live in Las Vegas on a rescue property where I have rescued many dogs and some cats. I am re-starting my Spiritual journey in earnest. Loving this so far.

We have been told that there will be another course where we will have the opportunity once again to join in a community focused on listening to specific talks by Ram Dass, responding to questions related to the talk and zoom gatherings to meet one another online and participate in Ram Dass practices, meditations, or whatever our hosts for whom we are most grateful care to share with us. Blessings on your reentry and journey through life.
