Johanna,
Thank you for joining the course! I feel like many of us have similar stories of finding and falling in love with Be Here Now. Itā€™s so accessible and visually striking!

Thanks for joining us Marjan! If you enjoyed our last course, Weā€™ll dive a little deeper into Ram Dassā€™s teachings this time. I hope you enjoy it!
Itā€™s great to have this community to connect with through the duration. I encourage you to join the Live Thursday calls if youā€™re able!

Hi, Colin here, living in Westport County Mayo Ireland. I discovered Ram Dass through the podcast and often have Be Here Now on my desk for quick reference.

I work a lot with shamanic drumming and practices as a framework to connect with nature but the lessons in Be Here Now touch and describe the presence I experience throughout the day.

I am enrolled in this course to deepen my experience of this presence and gain insight into how to work with emotions like anger and lust.

Happy to be here now.

Thank you Mangala!

Hello !

My name is Angel and I live in the NE part of PA.

Ram Dass found me last year with his ā€œGoing Homeā€ documentary. He sparked his light in me and Iā€™ve been listening to his lectures ever since. So many epiphanies, realizations. He activated so many parts of me. He opened up a whole new world for me and for that I am greatly thankful.

I bought his book in January and something told me to stop after the brown pages and now I see why. Finding this course is divine timing at its finest. I wanted to fully emerge myself in the white pages but I felt like I needed more support and here it is! :pray:t2::white_heart: it is giving me the support and community I was searching for.

I would also love to connect with like-minded beings and after finding out there are local satsangs I searched and unfortunately none near me. But! Iā€™m hoping I can join the NYC one if its still operating. Nevertheless, I am so very grateful to be here, with you all, NowšŸ¤

Hello From central Ohio in the U.S. I have Be Here Now and have had it for quite some time. I found Ram Dass after watching the film Going Home. I listen regularly to his lectures along with those of Alan Watts. I am looking forward to learning the ingredients to living a sacred life and meeting like-minded people.

Hi, my name is Kevin Hodack. I first read Be Here Now in 1972. I loaned my copy to someone in 1974 and I havenā€™t seen it since. In 2011 I suffered a TBI and a lot of memories have been misplaced. Iā€™m hoping this course will jog some memories. If not, Iā€™ll be learning something new!! Thank You for having me!!

Hello Everyone! I have been listening to Ram Dass lectures for a few years now and have been reading Be Here Now. My spiritual journey took a 180-degree turn after participating in Yoga Teacher Training, and I have been following the teachings of Ram Dass the closest since then. I look forward to the community here.

Hello everyone,

Iā€™m from Austin, Texas and I donā€™t know much about Ram Dass, except that he was a spiritual teacher. Iā€™ve not yet read Be Here Now (a copy has been ordered, though), but I think Iā€™d signed up for some mailing list because I got an email today offering this course.

Iā€™m not working right now so I thought this would be a great time to learn more about Ram Dass and his teachings.

My own spiritual practice is an informal zen practice and I belong to a small contemporary zen community.

Happy to be here.

Hi, Iā€™m from the top of West Virginia, ancestral land of the Shawnee and Osage peoples, possibly others. I believe I originally signed up for a Commune course, which is how I came upon Ram Dass. Iā€™ve not read Be Here Now, but would like to do so. Eager to learn.
